‘We started our firm of High Court enforcement officers and bailiffs in 2008 to help individuals, companies and solicitors collect what they are owed. At the start, there were just the two of us, both living in Croydon, and we chose Airport House because we wanted a small licensed office rather than a long-term lease, to allow us to expand easily.
We’re just about to make our seventh move within Airport House in three years, to progressively bigger offices. That might sound like bad planning, but we simply didn’t know how fast the business would grow. It’s great having that flexibility, with no need to change our address.
We like having meeting places on site, and being able to take visitors for a drink in the bar or a bite to eat. The building’s also got loads of history, with high ceilings and a huge lobby. I’d absolutely recommend Airport House to other businesses. The facilities are great and improving all the time.’

‘I set up corporate TV production company BNTV with my two partners in 2006, and originally we had our offices in Chiswick. I live in Croydon so this meant a nightmare commute every day, and in May 2009 we decided to move to Airport House. We chose to bring our business here because we wanted a really flexible office environment, and we’ve actually just upgraded to a much bigger suite to accommodate our rapid expansion.
I love being able to park for free right by the office, and it’s very convenient having a coffee shop and restaurant on site. The offices are secure, with 24-hour access, and it’s a really nice, spacious building.'
Technology is really important to us as a media company, and the new broadband and phone systems are definitely another incentive for us to stay here. It’s a very pleasant change from some of the offices I’ve worked in. We get a great service, and we have an excellent relationship with the management team.’
